Brush fire closes Randall Road in North Aurora

A brush fire in North Aurora compelled police to close Randall Road from Sullivan Road to Oak Street late Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The fire is off Randall and Ice Cream Drive, near the Oberweis Dairy plant.
North Aurora police suggest southbound drivers use westbound Oak, then head south on Orchard Road to Indian Trail Road. Northbound Randall Road drivers should use westbound Sullivan Road to Orchard, then up to Oak Street.
