A conspiracy theory about late tax bills

It is my theory and opinion that the Cook County real estate tax bills are being held back because they contain a secret tax increase. They are being held back so that U.S. Postal Service delivery will be after the November election. If you were to see the tax increase before Election Day, it may and probably would affect your vote.
