Civilized societies don't allow abortion

October is Respect Life Month in the Catholic Church. I wish every month was Respect Life Month and that it was celebrated throughout the world.

I cannot see how any society can call itself a civilized nation that respects everyone's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness when we the people allow the killing of defenseless babies in the womb. We are barbarians of the worst sort for allowing this.

I urge all of you to go on the Internet and look at God's precious little creatures through the lens of cameras and sonograms and to be active in the crusade to eliminate this behavior so that all life at its formation is protected. I pray for all women with an unwanted pregnancy to think long and hard before you justify this cruel act and think about how you will feel down the road. I will pray for you in hopes you make the right decision. Enjoy life!
