Akemann no-nonsense and compassionate

It's hard to know who some of these people are that are running for judge, but one name stands out to me and that's David R Akemann. I have watched his career from his two terms as state's attorney for Kane County and appreciate that he held tough against people that committed serious crimes. He also began the Child Advocacy Center, the domestic violence program and the Second Chance program to provide compassion where appropriate.

I have seen his work with Children's Theater for over 20 years and how much programs like that help the community. He recognizes on a very personal level that our young people need healthy, creative outlets for their time.

I have seen David Akemann in the public eye for over 30 years and he is “Highly Recommended” by the Kane County Bar Association. This is a no brainer. Join me in voting for David for the Resident Circuit Court Judge in the “Additional Vacancy A” race on Nov. 2. His common sense, tons of legal experience and no-nonsense approach are just what we need on the bench.
