Hanover Park, WINGS hold domestic violence candlelight vigil

The village of Hanover Park and WINGS will host their second annual Domestic Violence Candlelight Vigil at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, at village hall, 2121 W. Lake St.

The event, which is free and open to the public, honors survivors of domestic violence and raises awareness of domestic violence in the community. WINGS, or Women in Need Growing Stronger, is a nonprofit organization that supports domestic violence victims.
