Scouting the Fire: The Fire (7-10-8, 29 points) will try to build on its 3-0 victory Wednesday, which ended a long winless streak and scoring drought. The Fire hasn't won this Brimstone Cup rivalry game since 2001.
Scouting FC Dallas: Midfielder Brek Shea, just called into the U.S. national team, is a big reason FC Dallas (11-2-13, 46 points) is one of the surprise teams in MLS this season. The Hoops have a 17-match unbeaten streak going.
