How is it that seniors will benefit?

I note with some humor the last paragraph of the letter from Katherine Nelson of Elgin regarding how Obamacare will benefit seniors in the coming years.

Does she not understand, or know, that $500,000,000,000 will be shifted from Medicare funding to defray the cost of some 15 million to 20 million new Medicaid recipients?

Less funding, at best the same number of available medical professionals and millions of new Medicaid recipients demanding access to services does not sound very promising to this senior citizen.
