Elginbull; Horacio Isunza, 45, of the 300 block of Lovell Street, Elgin, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, marijuana possession and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at 11:37 p.m. Monday on Route 20, east of Randall Road, reports said. Isunza's car didn't have a rear license plate and officers found pot and cocaine in his car, reports said. Bail was set at $2,500 and he is due in court again on Friday.bull; Devante M. Evans, 19, of the 900 block of Elizabeth Court, Elgin, was arrested and charged with marijuana possession, obstructing identification and jaywalking at 11:24 p.m. Monday at Liberty Street and Sherman Avenue, reports said. Officers found 0.8 grams of pot on him, report said. He is due in court on Nov. 5, reports said.bull; Edgar Hernandez, 22, of the 0-99 block of Longwood Place, Elgin, was arrested and charged with unlawful use of a weapon, driving on a suspended license with no insurance and no rear license plate light after a traffic stop at 11:05 p.m. Monday on Wing Street, west of McLean Boulevard, reports said. Hernandez was found with a switchblade knife, the report said. Escorza, 17, of the 2300 block of Linden Drive, and Viollca Paja, 18, of the 1100 block of Walden Oaks Drive, were each charged with felony retail theft for attempting to steal more than $150 in merchandise, police said. Rodriguez, 25, of the 100 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was charged with possession of a controlled substance Monday after a traffic stop in which police pulled him over for speeding and discovered 0.08 grams of cocaine, police said. His bail was set at $20,000 and he is due in court Oct. 5 at the Kane County Judicial Center. bull; William C. Moore Sr., 36, of the 700 block of Strom Drive, was taken into custody Monday and charged with one misdemeanor count of battery, according to police reports. Moore was released after processing and is due in court on Oct. 28.
