You don't want frozen chickens

I have written once before with my negative view of chicken coops in backyards. I wanted to add a question I think should be answered.

How do people intend to heat the coops for winter?

I'm sure animal rights groups would be interested. Small groups of chickens cannot survive in little coops in our climate.
