Naperville police Friday announced the arrests of six people following a weeks-long prostitution investigation on the city's far north side.
Police said the suspected prostitutes posted various services on the Internet and agreed to meet their customers at various hotels and perform sexual acts in exchange for money. Veronica E. Delvalle, 26, of Chicago, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, prostitution and foreign warrant service. Police said more than 20 hypodermic needles and crack cocaine and cannabis pipes were found in her room. Delvalle also had two warrants for prostitution from Cook County, Naperville police said.
Also arrested were Stephanie C. Jones, 22, of Chicago, charged with prostitution and obstruction of justice; Shauna R. Klingberg, 22, of Barrington, charged with prostitution; Brian J. Gorski, 50, of Oswego, charged solicitation of a prostitute; Damien B. Gordon, 33, of Chicago, charged with pimping, driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis and James T. Anderson, 31, of Chicago, charged with pimping and driving on a suspended license.
