Mosque different from nativity
Your editors missed a big mistake in logic and printed a letter titled "Mosque about religious tolerance."
There is one huge difference between the proposed mosque in New York City and the reader's suggestion that a nativity scene be allowed in front of the Dirsken building and the White House. The proposed mosque would be built on private property.
Separation of church and state prevents the display of religious symbols on public property.
