Batteries Plus opens new shop

GLEN ELLYN - Batteries Plus, a large chain focused on the $24 billion battery industry, announced the opening of its newest franchise location in 481 Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn. Products at the new shop include thousands of batteries for thousands of items, ranging from common items such as watches, cars, digital cameras, laptops and cell phones to those hard-to-find batteries for old toys and electronic devices. With access to over 40,000 batteries and accessories, Batteries Plus, is also a leader in battery recycling. Brad Ament is the owner of the new Glen Ellyn store.
