Cops: Armed men rob Naperville residents in their home

Naperville police continue to investigate an armed home invasion they say took place Tuesday afternoon.

At approximately 3:40 p.m. four men entered a home on the 1100 block of Greensfield Drive armed with three handguns and one "long gun", according Naperville police.

The suspects, described as three black males and one Hispanic male, entered the home through the unlocked front door, according to police.

The suspects confronted three male residents who were home at the time and demanded money, police said.

The residents handed over what police describe as a small amount of cash before the suspects fled the scene in two vehicles.

The first vehicle is described as a newer model tan four-door and the second a blue four-door.

Police have no suspects in the case and said they have no leads as of Wednesday afternoon.

Naperville police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact Crime Stoppers at 630-420-6006. A reward of up to $1,000 is offered for any information that leads to an arrest.
