PNC Bank opening new office in Hoffman Estates

PNC Bank is celebrating the opening of its new environmentally friendly Hoffman Estates branch at 1600 W. Algonquin Road in the Huntington Plaza Shopping Center with free food, entertainment, games, a celebrity guest and prizes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11.

Branch Manager Vern Kertis and others will host tours, pointing out the building's green features.

Chicago Blackhawk Patrick Sharp will meet visitors and sign autographs from noon to 2 p.m.
