Domesticated 'Cat'"The Cat in the Hat," that irrepressible source of chaos created by Dr. Seuss, is domesticated for educational use by PBS in the new series "The Cat in the Hat Knows a lot About That," which debuts with back-to-back episodes at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 6, on WTTW Channel 11.
