Do senators get more 'routine' tests?
I find it curious that Sen. Dick Durbin's recent tumor was found because of a "routine" CT scan on his health checkup. My health care plan does not include a routine CT scan.
Recent articles in the paper have stated that doctors are doing too many CT scans in patients with a definite ailment to determine a diagnosis because the scans are very costly. There seems to be a discrepancy.
