Glenbard Dist. 87 superintendent hospitalized

Glenbard High School District 87 Superintendent Mike Meissen was hospitalized Monday after complaining he wasn't feeling well after the district's annual workshop.

Meissen was taken by ambulance to Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield.

Community relations coordinator Peg Mannion said she could not say anything about Meissen's health other than to confirm he was feeling better Tuesday morning.

The workshop dealt with the business side of the board's goals and included presentations by several administrators, including Meissen.
