Air & Water Show revisitedIn case you missed it last weekend, WLS Channel 7 reruns its overview of Chicago's 52nd annual Air Water Show in the special "Chicago's Top Guns: A Wet and Wild Weekend," at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21. Jerry Taft and Tracy Butler play host to the half-hour program.Long after the floodFilmmaker Spike Lee returns to New Orleans five years after Hurricane Katrina with the two-part documentary "If God Is Willing and da Creek Don't Rise," debuting at 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 23 and 24, on HBO. Lee's previous "When the Levees Broke" won an Emmy and a Peabody Award for the premium-cable channel.The 'Prisoner'It's no wonder the best book in the Harry Potter series also produced the best movie. "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" is graced by director Alfonso Cuaron's intricate time-travel plotting and the acting of Gary Oldman as Sirius Black and David Thewlis as Lupin. Emma Watson also throws a mean punch - a couple of times - as Hermione. It's at 7 p.m. today on ABC Family.
