Story missing objectivity
On Aug. 14, I thought I was reading the Tribune when I saw Christopher Wells' Associated Press article about "prison release dangers." Wells managed to blame Gov. Quinn for the errors of the entire Department of Corrections on the front page while naming the corrections chief and conceding the department had been performing badly "for years" on page 11. That seems like an implicit support for the governor's opponents without naming them. I've come to expect more objective reporting from your newspaper.
