Your news: Last chance to view Jarosch Bakery exhibit

The Elk Grove Historical Museum announces the final opportunity to view the exhibition "From Recipe to Formula: The Tasty Tale of Elk Grove's Jarosch Bakery."

This wildly popular exhibition chronicles the history of the Jarosch Bakery from its beginnings in Giessmansdorf, Germany to present day. In addition to bold graphics and visitor friendly interactives, the exhibit also includes audio and video footage.

Admission is completely free and all visitors will receive a coupon to take to the Jarosch Bakery to exchange for a free cookie.

The exhibit officially closes Tuesday, Aug. 31. Drop-in from noon-5 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, or 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday. The museum is located at 399 Biesterfield Road in Elk Grove Village.
