Geneva bank to hold Community Days
First Choice Bank of Geneva will host its third annual Community Day Saturday, Aug. 14, to benefit the Geneva High School Cheerleaders and CASA Kane County.
Activities will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the bank's parking lot at 1900 W. State St.
The Geneva High School cheerleaders will wash cars to raise money for their team. The proceeds raised through the car wash will be matched by First Choice Bank in a donation to CASA Kane County. Additional activities include free document shredding from 9 a.m. to noon, and a complimentary barbecue lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
CASA Kane County is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children within the Juvenile Court system.
