Kane Countybull; Aaron M. Adams, 29, of the 700 block of Woodewind Drive, Naperville, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after a two-car crash at 5:47 p.m. Aug 3 at Route 25 and Courier Avenue near St. Charles, police said. The driver of the other vehicle, Angel Naranjo, 26, of the 6N200 block of Sulkey Road, Wayne, was cited for driving without a valid license and arrested on a McHenry County warrant for driving while license suspended, according to police. Adams was released on a personal recognizance bond. Naranjo was released after posting $200.Bataviabull; Justin R. Goldman, 27, of the 500 block of East Wilson Street, faces charges of domestic battery, aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer. He was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Aug. 7 at his home.bull; Cindy C. Fisher, 17, of the 37W900 block of Spring Green Way, Batavia, faces several charges after an incident at 12:48 a.m. Aug. 7 at Martin and McKee streets. And the officer investigating the theft was bitten by the complainant's Weimaraner dog.bull; A resident of the 700 block of Walnut Street reported that guests took a Sony PlayStation video game player and a green iPod Nano and its docking station. The report was filed at 9:08 a.m. Aug. 6.bull; A cement yard statue was stolen in the 600 block of Thorsen Lane, it was reported at 1:38 p.m. Aug. 6.bull; A purse containing a Nintendo DS game player, two Nintendo DS games and a Nikon camera was stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in a parking lot in the 500 block of North Randall Road, it was reported at 4:42 p.m. Aug. 6.bull; Someone took a person's mail, opened it and discarded it on the ground, in the 1000 block of Woodland Drive. The incident was reported at 5 p.m. Aug. 6.West Dundeebull; Joseph R. Turner, 19, of the 200 block of Braemer Street, East Dundee, was arrested Monday for using a counterfeit $20 bill to buy a meal from a West Dundee KFC, police said. Police also found him with than 15 grams of Adderall - a drug used to treat ADHD - without a prescription, according to court records. Turner was charged with two counts of forgery and one count of possession of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $5,000 and he is due to appear in court Aug. 17 at the Kane County Judicial Center.Elginbull; Someone damaged several vehicles - possibly with a baseball bat - at two car dealers in the 1000 block of East Chicago Street between 6 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Monday, reports said. Two 2010 Town and Country minivans and a 2010 Jeep Liberty sustained $3,450 damage from broken windows and dented doors and two 2010 Ford vans sustained $450 in damage due to broken windows, reports said.
