Elginbull; Cervando Martinez, 39, of the 5900 block of Rockwell Street, Chicago, was arrested and charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence, resisting a peace officer and obstructing a peace officer at 1:06 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Hampton Circle, reports said. bull; Someone stole a purse from a 2009 Chevy Cobalt in a garage in the 100 block of Fawn Lane between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. Thursday, reports said.bull; Arcadio C. Arce, 24, of the 1200 block of Fleetwood Drive, Elgin, was arrested and charged with retail theft of $72.87 worth of clothing at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Burlington Coat Factory, 250 S. Randall Road, reports said. He is due in court on Aug. 20, reports said.bull; Erenesaikhan Zorigt, 44, of the 700 block of Bode Circle, Hoffman Estates, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 12:51 a.m. Thursday at the Grand Victoria Casino, reports said. The casino security staff asked him to leave because he was severely intoxicated and he became belligerent with the staff, reports said. Zorigt is due in court on Aug. 20.bull; Mark A. Osburne, 44, of the 200 block of South Aldine Street, Elgin, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, reckless conduct and battery on Wednesday, authorities said. He is accused of pushing a woman, causing her to almost fall down a stairwell, and acting in a threatening manner toward officers, authorities said. His bond was set at 10 percent of $15,000 and he is due in court Monday, authorities said.
