Libertyville firm sees record year

Libertyville-based William Frick & Co., a producer of custom identification products including RFID tags, barcode labels, utility markers and signs, celebrated its 35th year in business with a record 20 percent increase in sales for the fiscal year ending July 31.

"We increased sales, controlled expenses and improved quality," said Jeffrey Brandt, president of William Frick & Company.

He attributed the success to a combination of high-touch customer service, development of ground-breaking products customized for client needs, the ability to turn orders and prototypes around quickly.
