Barrington senior Muskat finishes second

Barrington senior Kelly Muskat finished second to Lincoln Way East senior Kathy Sterling 3 and 2 in the finals of the first girls division of the Chick Evans Junior Amateur Championship at Steeple Chase Golf Course in Mundelein.

Sterling, who tied for 12th in the 2009 IHSA state girls golf tourney, and Muskat are contenders for the IHSA state girls title this fall.
