Obama gang paving way for new taxes
Well here it is, congressional recess time again, and I guess those guys need a rest after all the royal shafting they have given to those of us who still pay federal income taxes.
On a slightly different note - what is the mystery surrounding today's economic crisis? There is no mystery. It's just another piece of the extended-Chicago-gang strategy for getting more control over people's lives and their assets.
The rapid movement of Mr. Obama from a "community organizer" through Illinois politics to the presidency was a skillful takeover of opportunities created in part by fellow travelers such as Rahm Emanuel and Barney Frank in their roles as "pushers" for mortgages for people of questionable capacity to handle them. The national financial failures catalyzed by these actions set the stage for the runaway collapse we have today.
Our current prolonged state of high unemployment is no mystery either. The strategy of enacting high taxes on business and on people who could invest in business is a part of the game for stagnating new job formation and discouraging investor interest in funding our free-enterprise economy.
Poor job opportunities and big taxpayer-funded handouts from the Congress set the stage of an ongoing welfare-state dependency on "government" and votes in future elections.
So, high taxes leads to less spending by people and businesses. Less spending leads to less production or services and to a lower need for workers. Result? Today's economic "crisis" and the gang in the White House, tutored by Mr. Emanuel, surely are not going to let a crisis go to waste.
Big new taxes are on their way unless some of the recently enacted laws are found unconstitutional, so keep an eye on the cycle just described.
