• ATC Technology Corp/IL (ATAC US) was downgraded to "Market Perform" from "Market Outperform" at CJS Secs by equity analyst Torin Eastburn. The target price is $25.00 per share. ATC is based in Downers Grove.

• Smurfit-Stone Container Corp (SSCC US) was rated new "Outperform" at Imperial Capital by equity analyst Kevin Cohen. Smurfit-Stone is based in Chicago
