Perfect punishment for Blagojevich

At a recent holiday gathering, everyone agreed that Blagojevich was indeed a sad excuse as a governor. Bets were made as to how he should be punished. Some thought he should go to prison. Others felt the same way, but felt he would get off easy. Hours to charity, etc., etc.

Best idea: Shave off all his hair!

He must remain bald for one year. That should take care of his super ego.
