Poor decisions by officials weigh on middle class

Wow, first our District 15 board sticks us with a retirement salary that's way out of whack. Then we get stuck with the bill for a guy who won't be there.

Now the Mighty Quinn sends pay raises to all his friends. My wife works for him over at Illinois Student Assistant Commission and hasn't seen a raise in quite a few years. The fact is they are letting people go.

I guess the bad economy only affects us little folks.
