Record of fiscal restraint and ethics

Mark Kirk has my support for U.S. Senate because of the accomplishments he has made as a public servant over the last decade. He has proved to be a hardworking Congressman, very bright and knowledgeable of the issues, and a non-divisive Republican who works with both Democrats and Republicans.

Kirk's record of fiscal conservatism and ethics reform would be much needed from our next U.S. Senator. I am a U.S. Army veteran and I am placing my full support behind Mark Kirk for U.S. Senator from Illinois. This is the first time that I have written a letter to the editor for any U.S. Senate candidate and I am excited about the opportunity to have Mark Kirk represent all of Illinois in the U.S. Senate.
