Finance reform bill gives citizens hope

The financial reform legislation has given me some hope for our democracy. Corporations with money were not able to use their campaign contributions to water down the legislation to something meaningless. Our government actually did something to protect its citizens.

The legislation limits credit card and mortgage companies' ability to trick customers just to look good on paper for Wall Street. The citizens might take charge of this country yet.
