Volunteers are being sought for the fourth annual Quilt & Textile Show, which will be Friday, July 16, to Sunday, July 18, at the Eastside Community Center and Shannon Hall, 14 N. Van Buren St.

Volunteers will help out at admissions, concessions or as white gloves in the quilt hall and will receive one complimentary admission to the show for each two-hour shift worked.

Visitors will have the chance to browse more than 100 historical and contemporary quilts or stop by the vendor hall to shop for a variety of items, participate in vendor raffles or view various demonstrations.

Show hours are 1 to 6 p.m. Friday, July 16, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 17, and Sunday, July 18. Admission is $6 for the general public, $5 for seniors ages 60 and older and free for kids ages 10 and younger.

The Quilt & Textile Show is presented by the Batavia Depot Museum and sponsored by Prairie Shop Quilts. For details, call the Batavia Park District at (630) 879-5235 or visit bataviaparks.org.
