Long Grove hosts veterans concert

The Village Tavern of Long Grove is hosting an all-day concert honoring veterans from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, July 25.

Area bands will play throughout the day beneath an outdoor tent. Food will be available for all attendees.

The tavern will also be accepting cards, letters of appreciation and items for care packages to be sent to troops serving abroad, so attendees are encouraged to bring donation items.
