Fireworks should be legalized in Illinois
I believe fireworks should be legalized in the state of Illinois.
Despite the revolutionary war going badly, and in plain view of the noose, our forefathers voted for independence. This act should be remembered and celebrated in all forms of tribute, including fireworks. There could be a certification process, including training put in place for users of fireworks. A small fee for the training would give the state a great bang for the buck.
