Congressional investigation of BP oil spill is a charade

It sickens me to listen to these sanctimonious clowns called Congressman lecturing BP officials, trying to get their 5 minutes of fame. These clowns who brought us a failed Social Security system, the charade being pulled off in Afghanistan, the collapse of the economy, failed social programs that may have destroyed the United States. Clowns who have never contributed significantly to any major area of progress in the our history, but always seem able to point fingers, push blame somewhere else, tell everyone else what they did wrong I am sickened by these people and the president.

I am not excusing BP, most likely some decisions were made wrong, but they have said since day one they will fix this, they will do what is necessary. Why isn't the press interested in the failure of the president to mobilize the many offers of assistance from countries with expertise to handle situations like this.

Why Mr. President did you turn away the Dutch offer to bring in oil skimmers? Too much of a catastrophe to let go to waste, even if you have to make sure it gets worse so you get the maximum advantage. You sir should be indicted immediately and brought in front of the American people to stand trial.

How many people have been employed for many years and earned livings from companies like BP, as compared to the destruction of the economic system in this country with wasteful and destructive social engineering programs. Every one of these bums must be sent out. I would rather have BP than these clowns any day of the week.
