Man accused of having child porn

A Plano man was charged with four counts of possession of child pornography after sheriff's officials found pornographic images on his home computer, said Kane County Sheriff's Lt. Pat Gengler.

Robert Budzyn, 40, is being held at the Kane County Adult Justice Center. His next court date will be on Saturday.

"We're still going through all the forensic work now, but there are quite a few images on his home computer, camera and other electronic media," Gengler said. "There could be additional charges filed later. The investigation is ongoing."
