Elginbull; Albert Bennett Sr., 44, of the 7000 block of Westwood Drive, Carpentersville, was charged with aggravated assault and unlawful use of a weapon at 9:13 p.m. Thursday after an incident in the 1200 block of Fleetwood Drive, reports said. He is accused of having a gun on him outside his property or home; he is due in court on July 23, reports said.bull; Ronald L. Meason, 56, of the 400 block of Morsfield Street, Elgin, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor public indecency at 9 p.m. Thursday at Festival Park, 132 S. Grove Ave., reports said. A woman told police she saw Meason fondling himself on a bench while watching little girls play during an outdoor movie event at the park; Meason told police he was hot and adjusting his shorts, reports said.
