Career Education receives credit

HOFFMAN ESTATES - Career Education Corp., an international provider of postsecondary education programs, received the Career College Association 2010 Innovative Best Practice/New Program award for MUSE, or "My Unique Student Experience," a student-focused course content delivery system.

MUSE, which serves several CEC online campuses and programs, was created by a team led by Judy Komar, company vice president of education technology.
