Weather service broadcasts were hard to understand, interrupted

Congratulations to the National Weather Service broadcast system in the Chicago area for a truly terrible job on the TV broadcasts during the recent storms in the area. Not only could you not understand the computer generated voice - the broadcast was often interrupted or just blank where you knew something was supposed to be said or there was dead air. This is a fine example of our federal government at work and just how our tax dollars are being wasted.
