Elginbull; Someone stole 130 compact discs from an unlocked 1992 Acura Integra in the 100 block of Harding Street at about 2:07 a.m. Wednesday, reports said. The victim heard a loud crash in the garage and saw a man running away, reports said.bull; Clayton T. Trimble, 19, of the 500 block of Arlington Avenue, Elgin, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, no insurance and following too closely after a traffic stop at 1:06 a.m. Wednesday at Laurel and South Liberty streets, reports said. An officer pulled over Trimble because he was tailgating a squad car and later smelled pot smoke from Trimble's vehicle, reports said.
