Elginbull; Someone stole 130 compact discs from an unlocked 1992 Acura Integra in the 100 block of Harding Street at about 2:07 a.m. Wednesday, reports said. The victim heard a loud crash in the garage and saw a man running away, reports said.bull; Clayton T. Trimble, 19, of the 500 block of Arlington Avenue, Elgin, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, no insurance and following too closely after a traffic stop at 1:06 a.m. Wednesday at Laurel and South Liberty streets, reports said. An officer pulled over Trimble because he was tailgating a squad car and later smelled pot smoke from Trimble's vehicle, reports said. He is due in court on July 22, reports said.bull; Someone drove off without paying for $37.02 worth of gas at 5:54 p.m. Tuesday from the Citgo, 300 S. Scott, 18, of the 500 block of West Highland Avenue, Elgin, was arrested and charged with felony criminal damage to property Tuesday at the Larkin Center, 510 W. Highland Ave., authorities said. Scott is accused of breaking chairs, flipping over tables, damaging fire extinguishers, putting holes in walls and throwing items on the center's lawn, authorities said.
