Rotaryfest 2010 was a total triumph

On behalf of the Rotary Club of Elk Grove, I would like to personally thank the mayor of Elk Grove, the board of trustees, the Elk Grove police and fire departments, Elk Grove Public Works, the Elk Grove Park District, Alexian Brothers Hospital Network, and you, the residents of Elk Grove, for making Rotaryfest 2010 a huge success.

As you know, last year's festival was wiped out due to flooding and rains. We were unsure as to how well this year's would be received and were left speechless in the support you gave the Rotary Club of Elk Grove Village.

A festival like ours is a huge undertaking, it takes hundreds of hours of Rotarians' and volunteers' time to accomplish, but in the end it is for you to enjoy our Exceptional Community and all we have to offer.

Lastly I would like to personally thank Mr. John McDonough and the entire Chicago Blackhawks organization for sharing the joy of a World Championship down the streets of this great Village.
