Kirk would stand up to enemies, not fold

According to the news last month, we have the following situation: the United States has agreed to transfer nuclear reactor technology to Russia; Russia has agreed to help Syria build a nuclear reactor; Russia is still supporting Iran's nuclear and ballistic missile programs; and to help things along, our government has awarded $880 million in contracts to foreign firms doing business in Iran's energy sector.

I don't know whether to attribute this to the government's usual incompetence or to the Administration's desire to make our enemies love us.

I do know Mark Kirk would be minding the store, not giving it away.
