Your news: Country music concert at Hoffman Estates Village Green

The village of Hoffman Estates Arts Commission and the Hoffman Estates Park District welcome the White Saddle Band to the Village Green in the Western part of the village. The White Saddle Band will take the stage 7 p.m. Thursday, June 24, as part of the "Summer Sounds on the Green" concert series. The band gives homage to country and western music roots by paying tribute to the "greats." Expect to hear country and country rock, and you'll have a whole lot of fun!

This concert is the second of a series of seven summer shows. All performances take place 7 p.m. on Thursday evenings. The Virginia Mary Hayter Village Green is located at 5510 Prairie Stone Parkway, just

west of the Sears Centre Arena off Route 72 in the Prairie Stone Business Park.

Admission is free. Bring a blanket, lawn chair and picnic to the amphitheater. If you are bringing a picnic, do not bring glass bottles, glasses or glass containers for the safety of barefoot patrons. Garibaldi's will provide food and drinks for purchase at the concession stand.
