Scouting: Sky (4-7) @ Mystics (6-4)
When: 6 p.m., today at the Verizon Center
TV: Comcast CN100
Last time: On Tuesday, the Sky lost to the Atlanta Dream (93-86) at Allstate Arena and last Saturday the Mystics defeated the New York Liberty in Washington D.C. (82-65).
Skinny: In a 95-78 victory over the Sky, Washington hit a blistering 62 percent of its field goals and a ridiculous 64 percent (9-of-14) of its shots from three-point land. Meanwhile, the Sky shot 47 percent from the field, and hit just 19 percent of its three-pointers-Guard Lindsey Harding led the onslaught for the Mystics, who have won three of their last four games.
The Sky, which got a team-high 23 points from center Sylvia Fowles against Washington, is coming off a disappointing loss to Atlanta in which it held leads as large as 10 points before succumbing. The Atlanta loss was the third straight for the Sky.
