One hurt in Naperville accident

A 33-year-old Aurora woman was injured Wednesday afternoon when her motorcycle was struck by a car in the intersection of Route 59 and North Aurora Road, Naperville police said.

Police said the motorcyclist was stopped on her motorcycle southbound on Route 59 about 12:50 p.m. when a car driven by a 48-year-old West Chicago woman struck her. The motorcyclist was transported with non life-threatening injuries to Edward Hospital. No citations have been issued, but police said the investigation is continuing.
