Suburbs' first major summer fest will go on, rain or shine

Always the first major festival of the summer, RotaryFest will be held Wednesday through Sunday just off Lions Drive between Elk Grove High School and Rainbow Falls. Admission is free and the live music goes on rain or shine under a large tent. All proceeds benefit Elk Grove Rotary charities.
