Quinn job plan makes no sense

Gov. Quinn's job plan - what kind of goofy plan is this?

According to the article in a recent paper, the plan aims to put 15,000 low-income people to work. OK so far. Here's the catch. All subsidized jobs end Sept. 30. What kind of a deal is this? You take a low-income person and give him a job with a steady paycheck and then after six months you say, "Sorry, game's over. Back to public aid."

It didn't say just the funding would end. It said the jobs would end. What kind of stupid plan is that? And they wonder why people are so disenchanted with their leaders and don't bother to vote. When you end up with something like what we've got now, who can blame them?
