No time for more debt

I would like to thank Yvonne Dinwiddie for being one of the few people who do read the legal notices. I cannot imagine what the park district board was thinking to attempt to push through a bond sale for a rec center after voters soundly defeated a rec center referendum in 2008. I think we should all find out who was in favor of this and definitely remember it in the next election. This is not the climate for additional debt in local government.
