Scaled-back space program makes sense
I am in complete agreement with President Barack Obama's decision to change the space program. Though we have had large gains from some of our space exploration, the negatives to me outweigh the gains.
I do think that cell phones have been a positive. However, we still use them constantly without realizing the possible health dangers they may or may not bring with them. Also, to my knowledge no protections have been passed to secure the lines are not open to being tapped like computer theft and identity theft.
Electronic transfers gained from space have vastly been put in use before laws could be passed to control their reckless use by greedy consumers or corporate heads that can afford to pay for such scientific gains before laws are passed to protect our liberties, not to mention hackers.
This is dangerous stuff. It smacks of threat to your God-given liberty and actually your right to worship in the U.S. as you please comes from liberty, not prayer.
That's what religious freedom is. From prayer I hope comes help for the decision making processes of our political leaders.
Personally I pray that Barack Obama continues to make wise decisions along with the rest of the country's leaders.
I wrote the governor of Arizona and commended her on her courage to sign an unpopular bill. Not because I'm prejudiced against Hispanics, but because we must check everybody already here as to their true loyalty to the U.S.
The different arguments on cheap labor and too much labor stretching the limits of our ability to pay higher wages and provide basic benefits like social security, unemployment compensation, and workman's compensation are different issues.
