Three charged in Naperville battery

Three Naperville teens have been charged with battery in connection with an altercation early Wednesday morning, authorities said Thursday.

Naperville police responded to the area of 195 Ring Road at 1:03 a.m. where a victim said he had been attacked by four or five people.

The victim told police he had been beaten with a baseball bat and repeatedly kicked. He also suffered a minor stab wound to his leg. The victim was taken to the hospital but has been treated and released.

Joshua D. Gebraski, 19, of the 2100 block of Countryside Circle, Aaron J. Zibutis, 19, of the 200 block of Bay Colony Drive and Parker C. Meredith, 19, of the 300 block of Tupelo Drive have been charged with misdemeanor battery.

Sgt. Gregg Bell declined to provide further information about the incident, saying it is still under investigation.
